Crystal
Achey considers herself to be the concept designer behind Phoenix
Body Mind and Soul. With a background in architecture and landscape
design, the dance arts and a lifelong interest and study of
philosophy, spirituality and religion. She has taught religious
classes in the children's program at the Unitarian Universalist
Congregation in Phoenix, Arizona. After becoming the mother
of two boys, she realized the importance of bringing more light
into the consciousness of the mainstream and hopes to introduce
what some may consider "new concepts" for ways to
achieve a balanced life and ultimately a better future.
